Withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form. A simple email to contact@halloway.fr Expressing clearly your will to retract yourself is enough. This model is available in accordance with Article R.221-1 of the Consumer Code.

Your rights in two lines

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us that you are retracting, without having to justify yourself. You then have 14 additional days to return the product to us. For commercial purposes, we extend the deadline for return to 30 days.

The deadline is deemed to be met if you send your communication before the expiration of 14 days. Keep proof of dispatch.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge receipt within 1 to 2 days and let us send you the return address by e-mail. Don't send anything before you get that address.

2. You send back the product complete, in its original packaging, with its accessories and invoice. The return costs are at your expense in case of change of opinion, and at our expense if the product is defective, damaged or non-compliant.

3. We refund you within 7 working days after receipt and verification of the return, and in any case within the legal period of 14 days, on the means of payment used during the order. The refund covers the price of the product and the initial standard shipping costs.

Exclusions

None. The right of withdrawal applies to all of our catalogue: none of our boxes or winders are made according to your specifications or clearly personalized, so the exclusion provided for in article L.221-28 3° does not apply.

A product damaged by handling exceeding what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and proper functioning may be subject to depreciation, the amount of which is communicated to you before any deduction is made.
