Methods of payment
The available means of payment are displayed at the settlement stage, depending on your country of delivery and your device.

Security of transactions
The payment is processed by the payment provider of the shop. Your bank data is encrypted from end to end and is neither seen nor stored by Halloway.
Card payments are subject to strong customer authentication imposed by European regulations: your bank can ask for confirmation by application or code.
Currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included for deliveries within the European Union. Delivery costs appear before the final validation of the order.
Invoice
An invoice is attached to the confirmation of shipment. For an invoice on behalf of a company, enter the company name and VAT number in the order note.
In case of a problem
Payment refused, double debit, unexpected amount: write to contact@halloway.fr with your order number. We check and return to you.
