Before and after your order.

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum. Prices are in US dollars and include US duties and import taxes, paid by us. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.

• Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. Paris time are processed the next business day.
• Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
• Transit: 6 to 8 business days.
• Total estimated: 7 to 10 business days.

You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Follow your package anytime on the Track my order page.

Our head office and customer service are in France. Our watch boxes and winders are made by partner workshops outside the European Union and ship from our partner warehouses abroad.

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories.

• Defective, damaged or not as described: we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns go to our partner warehouse in China, roughly $40 to $80 depending on package size and carrier.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, to your original payment method.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos if your package arrives damaged, or within 72 hours for a missing item. We reship or refund at our cost.

Email contact@halloway.fr with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
